JORGE FRANCISCO RAMÍREZ GÓMEZ; SS.OO., GENERALES, SUPERIORES y SUBALTERNOS, CADETES, SUBOFICIALES, ASPIRANTES, TROPAS y FF.PP del EJÉRCITO PARAGUAYO participan con profundo pesar el fallecimiento del Cnel. D.E.M. (R) DE LOS SANTOS ÓSCAR MARTÍNEZ y ruegan elevar una plegaria por el eterno descanso de su alma.
